Short Story Thursday P2

Todays short story goes to Mischa DeMarco. It is a small piece I wrote right now.

Now that the Secrets of the Famiglia is finished I am going to be doing a Spin off series about the Shadows. But before that I am going to do a full novel about 20 year old Mischa (Marco’s daughter)

I used to think life was easy, I used to think that I could make any choices, and I would never turn my outcome. So I lived, I loved, I breathed on my sins until I suffocated. Gravity forgot about me. The earth was too low from the sun. I felt invincible. I had hopes and dreams that didn’t mean much to others, but to me, it meant everything.

I remember the day when I met you. Your heart was vaulted behind your pain. Your eyes a mystery for the hurt you festered for so long. I knew you were drowning and I wanted to save you. I wanted you like I wanted my next hit. I knew I could twist your pain into just remembrance. I was certain I could make you laugh harder than the ice surrounding you. So I set it up, I twisted your faith because I could and in the interim I fell hard and fast for my next addiction.

I never had an intention on staying this long. My heart didn’t have a feeling besides a coldness that resuscitated me. I would dream of it all. I used to believe in a world were I couldn’t exist. I hated myself. I wanted it to end. I wanted it to become a memory. But I pulled on my ropes too hard that my bleeding wounds remained. I couldn’t hang on not even for you. But then she came and I knew I had to try. I fought my demons everyday and I began to believe that I finally conquered it. There was hope after all. Do you remember the times when I laughed. You really did that. You out of the entire male population breathed something into me. But my darkness swirled, it didn’t like the power you had on me. So I did what I always did. I made sure you soared while I died. I made sure you smiled while I pretended.

I am not sick or crazy. I am not mad or insane. I am just haunted by my past. I fear that if you really saw me, if you really looked in my eyes it will frighten you. I am not made for this happiness, I was made for something else.

She is my anchor. I will live for her, I will soar because of her, but I have to let you go. Its for your own good. God abandoned me the day I was born. I have never told anybody this but I know about my father. My mother once got so high that she confessed. I was the product of a rape. I was a mistake. Something born with no love. You are an amazing man but I can not be that girl. I have to live in the darkness where I belong. I do not deserve your love and affection. I don’t deserve to smile when I am the outcome of another’s torture.

🌶️🌶️🌶️A deeper look inside

He looks sexy but tired. His stubble longer than the last time I saw him. His hair line showing the beginning signs of greying.
The blackness of his eyes always capturing my attention are downcast, if I can call it that, as his mouth remains in that harsh scowl I have come to expect.
“Did you have a fun night? Was it everything you hoped?” He asks me with that baritone voice of his.
“Yes, thank you.”
He signals Dexter and Sabastian to leave and I don’t miss the four Mercedes parked around his car. I stop just in front of Marco and he lifts my left hand kissing the ring on my finger with such gentleness I shiver.
He is angry, I can tell because I have seen him calm, I have seen him murderous and then I have seen him angry. The night I went to his penthouse, he was livid.
“Good, next time you choose to go out to a party, start by at least informing me. There is a war happening and you, my lovely wife are a Queen,” he pauses, waiting until he knows my anticipation of his words overweight all logic.
“Powerful but still expendable.” Those two words shatters what little dignity I possess around this man. How do I love such cruelness, how do I find the best parts of him, I am to learn to love, when even his gentleness comes offered on a bed of double edged blades? I don’t.
I swallow hard as he puts my hair behind my ear and lifts my chin until I am looking into his eyes.
“Believe it or not Aliyana, but this King wants his Queen alive. Don’t ever touch another man again, understand.”
I nod my head.
“Let’s get home. I want to greet my wife properly.” He kisses my nose and opens the door and I slide into the leather heated seats. The drive home isn’t an unpleasant one but the silence is not golden on my part as I have a lot of questions but I can tell Marco has a lot on his mind namely my inevitable end. Is it wrong to marry your enemy? Probably. Is it wrong to sit back while you know that said enemy wants you dead? Definitely.

A Snippet From Killer’s Book (The Satan Sniper’s MC)

“What do you mean you can’t do it?”

“I can’t love you Kevin.” Loving you will hurt me, because you won’t love me back. I don’t the words out loud.

“Why not, am I so bad that I can’t be loved, because I am pretty sure that you love me Sienna.”

“You going to leave me.”

“But I will come back, this is who I AM..”

“I know Kevin, and you know that this is who I am , you said it yourself, I am not the one you wanted. I spent my whole life running, pretending, moving since before I was even able to talk. And then I saw you , I was only eight. You have been looking through me my whole life, and now you just barely starting to see me but I tell you Kevin if you dig hard and deep enough you will be disappointed in how ordinary I am. I am not Natasha. I have never been her.”

“I know that.”

“So tell me, I love you with all my heart and she walks through that door right now and tells you she loves you and wants you that you will choose me. You tell me that I will give you my heart. You already own every other piece of me.” I look at him and his eyes say it all. Kevin will never love me, he isn’t capable of that. Because of that very reason his obsession for Natasha will always come first.

How do I blame a soldier who has given his whole life for our country for not loving me. When he can’t love himself.

“Natasha is the only one for you Kevin. You helped Kellan and I, for that I will always be grateful, but your need to protect me is not enough.”

“You don’t know what the fuck you are talking about Sienna. I have been yours since you fell in my arms six years ago.”

Killer’s Story

Hey Everyone.

How was the first Monday back in the office?

Well, while I was reading Beauty’s Breath, because it is getting released tomorrow, I had this feeling of so much emotion clogging me.

PHEW. So, with all my dramatics I cried horribly. My daughter was looking at me weird. I told her I was reading and she started laughing and said, “Oh mama.”

So long story short, the book is a great book. I am happier with this piece of work than I was with River’s Keeper. The story has you wanting to pull out your hair at times. Which is funny because I wrote it. But I have always wrote stuff for my own enjoyment so I find it easy to forget that I wrote a book and read it.

I am getting off track again, sorry guys. When reading Zero and Beggar’s fight scene it hit me. Killer’s Story.

So I wrote a small piece and It isn’t much but I want to share it with you guys.

“Baby girl you breaking my heart.” 

“Kevin, don’t please, I just, I can’t.” Words don’t come easy when a heart is breaking, it gets harder when the only one who can mend it chooses not to.

“I thought I will never find a woman who made me feel, but baby girl, I love you. You are it for me Sienna. You were never the one I wanted, but you are the only one I will ever want again.”

“Kevin.” 

“I know baby, I feel you too.” 

So that is it so far. But I see awesome things coming to the Satan Snipers. I want to spice things up. Killer is also going to get a two or three part story. Beauty’s Breath

Hello Everyone 😊

A HUGE WELCOME TO ALL THE NEW AWESOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE JOINED OUR BLOG FAMILY 😊🤗

So it took a while….. That seems like the way to start a sentence🤔 with a loaded story.

But I am going to cut this story and say I made some bed decisions and let’t just say Beauty’s Breath was not ready when I said.

I promised myself that infuture when I am setting a release date, I will give a bit of leeway and take into account the bitter parts of messing up when your book is due for publishing.

A big apology to everyone who had to wait and to all of you, the subscribers for not posting these last weeks.

I have finally completed the editing of Beauty’s Breath and had to do it myself, so be lenient, I am a writer not an editor. 😊

Beauty’s Breath was really good to write, it was emotionally charged at times, it is a bit funny, lots of Club stuff with the Satan Snipers looking for the killer.

😨SPOILER ALERT: There is a big twist in the story, and the killer is not who you think it is…. A new romance blossoms between two unlikely club members and there is a new guy from the Houston Chapter.😊

So according to the schedule I set, on Monday next week I will post the Synopsis and the first three CHAPTERS will follow on Tuesday 😊 with a few teasers.

Beauty’s Breath News

Hey Guys

So I have waited till the last minute to tell you guys that Beauty’s Breath is still not done.

I spoke to the editor and she said by next Wednesday but I have decided if it is not done on Tuesday next week I will publish it anyway by Friday and do my own editing as I do not know how long it takes for a person to edit a novel.

I really do apologise and hope in the future to find a new editor that is more competent with time and deadlines.

I will be posting a few adverts this week and the cover would be up from tomorrow as well as a synopsis.

Please do not send me bad mail, I am aware that you guys are upset and some just frustrated but it was really a lack of judgement from my side so I take full responsibility and will make sure the book is published on Friday 7th September 2018

“hey, how’s the leg? ready to get the fuck off that damn thing.” I ask my brother.

It has been weeks since he arrived to the clubhouse. A month and three days since Amariya Demarco betrayed us all. I called her Beauty, even though she insisted we call her Beggar.

I dumped Falon. I gave up everything for her and all she did was remind me what a failure I am. I was supposed to protect the clubhouse, my brothers, our women and I failed them all.

I live with it, the guilt and with the guilt comes my shame because where ever I look where ever I walk in this place I see her.

Those black eyes, that long hair and pale skin. Her voice haunts me. She is inside me. Like a layer of flesh attached to my very being.
